Education & Events Assistant
NC REALTORS® is seeking a full-time assistant to provide administrative support to our Education and Events Departments. Responsibilities include processing and reconciling event and course registrations, confirming registration, answering phone calls and assisting with annual meetings, events and course preparation.
Candidates must be dependable with exceptional organizational skills. Candidates who are enthusiastic and have the ability to provide creative input and thoughtful suggestions will be successful in this role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to multitask, as well as basic Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ability to learn in house database are required. Some travel is required. A Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, education, marketing or other related field and prior experience in the hotel/hospitality industry is preferable.
