NC REALTORS® has developed a training program for the NAR-required Ombudsman Program. Many ethics complaints may be averted with enhanced communications and initial problem-solving capacity at the local level. Through this training, participants will learn ombudsman procedures that are intended to provide that capacity and, as a result, potentially reduce the number of complaints received by an association.
Registration/Check-in begins at 9:30 a.m. Lunch will be provided.
You will receive a confirmation of your reservation via email prior to the date of the training.
