CRCBR: Broker-in-Charge Update Course (Tue. 28 Mar, 2017 8:00 am - 12:00 pm)

This course is being given by the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of REALTORS®. Please refer all questions to them at 704-377-8982.

The 2016-17 Commercial Broker-in-Charge Update Course (BICUP) satisfies the mandatory update course for brokers-in-charge who wish to remain broker-in-charge as of July 1, 2017 for the 2017-18 licensing period. It is a modified version of the standard BICUP which uses commercially relevant content and examples. Only licensees who are brokers-in-charge or broker-in-charge eligible will receive credit for this course. CRCBR strongly recommends that commercial practitioners take the commercial version of the BICUP or GenUp, as applicable.

CRCBR: General Update (Commercial Version) (Tue. 28 Mar, 2017 8:00 am - 12:00 pm)

The 2016-17 Commercial GenUp will provide Commission updates about requirements, revised rules and laws, selected topics, licensing and education review, and more. PLEASE NOTE: BICs and BIC-eligible brokers must take the BIC Update. CRCBR strongly recommends that commercial practitioners take the commercial version of the BICUP or GenUp, as applicable.

CRCBR: Introduction to Land Brokerage (Tue. 28 Mar, 2017 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm)

This course is being given by the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of REALTORS®. Please refer all questions to them at 704-377-8982.

This course will provide licensees with a better understanding of types of land transactions, their various intricacies, and key differences between land transactions and other types of real estate transactions. This course will familiarize the licensee with the numerous concepts relating to land sales including; soil types, easements, perc ability, tax deferments, and mineral rights. In addition, this course will help familiarize the licensee with various resources available for them, their clients, and their attorneys during the sale and/or acquisition of land.
