NC REALTORS® is excited to announce the promotion of Pam Melton to the position of Vice President of Advocacy. Pam, who has played a vital role as the Director of Political & External Communications, brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her new role.

During her impressive three-year tenure in the NC REALTORS® Government Affairs Department, Pam has consistently showcased exceptional dedication, unwavering commitment, and an unparalleled passion for the mission of NC REALTORS®.

In her new role, as Vice President of Advocacy, Pam will spearhead efforts to strategically position NC REALTORS® as the preeminent organization in North Carolina. Pam will take charge of leading and managing the Government Affairs Department, which includes overseeing NC REALTORS® PAC, Neighbors Helping North Carolina, NC Homeowners Alliance, Federal and State Political Coordinators, as well as shared and regional Government Affairs Directors.

Her responsibilities will also extend to maintaining a keen focus on the operations of the Raleigh office and ensuring the successful execution of REALTOR® Party initiatives across North Carolina.

With her expertise, Pam will play a crucial role in formulating and executing government relations strategies. She will emphasize strengthening key relationships with the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and stakeholders across various organizations relevant to real estate in North Carolina.
