NC REALTORS® hired Bowen National Research to conduct a housing study of the Carolina Core, a 150+ mile area in central North Carolina. This region, driven by recent global investments, is set to be the state’s next economic powerhouse. We knew we would need data to show a clear picture of the state of housing in the Core.
