North Carolina’s housing market continued to show strength, according to the April 2024 Housing Market Report.  A healthy market is evident in an increase in listings, sales and median sales price over March. The numbers also show a strong market when compared to a year ago with listings, sales and sales price all on the upswing vs. April 2023.
