Dana Murray, CDA, RAA, MNAA
Dana Murray is a Certified Residential Appraiser and Licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker/REALTOR® based in Franklin, NC, specializing in real estate valuation and market analysis. A retired U.S. Navy veteran with a background in Electronic Warfare and 2M electronic repair, he applies strong analytical skills and attention to detail in his appraisal work.
A Coalition Designated Appraiser (CDA) and a National Association of REALTORS® Residential Accredited Appraiser (RAA), Murray is Vice President of the North Carolina Professional Appraisers Coalition (NCPAC) and a Board Member of the National Association of Appraisers (NAA). He is also a member of the South Carolina Professional Appraisers Coalition (SCPAC). Committed to advancing the appraisal profession, he advocates for education, industry standards, and legislative initiatives.

Graham Smith, CDA, GAA
Graham Smith is a Certified General Appraiser in NC, SC, & Virginia, and a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker REALTOR® based in Lumberton, NC. He holds the CDA designation from the North Carolina Professional Appraisers Coalition (NCPAC) and the GAA designation from the National Association of REALTORS®. Active in real estate since 2009, he began his appraisal career with D. Michael McCarthy and Associates before earning his NC Certified General Certification in 2014. In 2015, Graham and his wife, Michelle M. Smith, CDA, took over the firm, renaming it McCarthy and Smith Real Estate Services, LLC, and expanding into brokerage. He joined Cape Fear Farm Credit as a staff appraiser in 2016. Graham assumed the position of Chief Appraisal Officer in 2019 , and continues to serve in the position today after the merger with AgCarolina Farm Credit. His position covering three states has allowed for continued professional development in appraising many different types of agriculturally based properties.
