Virtual | Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®)

This is a two-day course on non-consecutive days (September 3 & September 10). You only need to register once. Attendance is required on both days to complete the class.
The Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) Designation Course will give you the professional tools and knowledge to be an advocate and guide for your buyer-clients.
Recently updated with new information and research relevant to today’s market, the ABR® Designation Course explores every aspect of residential real estate transactions from a buyer’s perspective. Learn how to attract more buyer-clients and elevate your services to ensure you are meeting all your fiduciary responsibilities when representing buyers. After completion of the course, you’ll be on your way to earning the Accredited Buyer’s Representation (ABR®) Designation, which can be found here.
This class does not provide CE credit.

Maurice Taylor has an expansive background of leadership, a passion for education, and a drive to continuously serve his community. As a retired Army Master Sergeant, who served in the military for 25 years, Maurice understands the importance of hard work and the dedication needed to meet goals.
In 2008, Maurice was named REALTOR® of the Year by the North Pulaski Board of REALTORS®. In 2011, he was named REALTOR® of the Year by the Little Rock Board of REALTORS®. He is a graduate of the Arkansas REALTORS® Association’s very first Graduate REALTORS® Leadership Academy (GRLA) class and has recently received this highly esteemed designation! Maurice currently serves as a Director-At-Large for the association.
Maurice is currently the Executive Broker of Coldwell Banker RPM Group-North Little Rock and is a real estate instructor and owner of Vivid Real Estate Learning Center. When he’s not working in real estate, Maurice serves on the North Little Rock City Council and enjoys spending time with his wife, Holli.
Cancellations: Cancellations may be processed online and will be accepted up to one (1) business day preceding each course. Course registration less a cancellation fee may apply. Refunds will not be granted to no-shows or last minute cancellations.
To cancel a class: Login to the NC REALTORS® website. Find your class under “Upcoming Events” on the Member Dashboard or by locating the class you want to cancel on the NC REALTORS® calendar. Under registration details, you will see an option to “Cancel”. On the following page, select “Submit Cancellation”.
NCR reserves the right to cancel/change any course at any time. If a course is canceled, you will be notified as soon as possible. You will receive either a full refund or, if rescheduled, you may transfer to the new date. NCR is not responsible for any out-of-pocket expenses (lodging, airfare, etc.) you may incur when a course is canceled or rescheduled.
