David Piatek

David Piatek has a passion for helping clients achieve their dreams of owning a home and education Realtors. After graduating from the University of Illinois with a degree in Finance and a certificate in Entrepreneurship, he decided to follow his true passion – mortgage lending and teaching Real Estate. His fervor for helping the Real Estate community understand various aspects of Real Estate and his guidance in walking them through the process is decisively first class. He stops at nothing to recognize both client’s and Realtor’s needs.

David has spent a total of 16 years in Chicago’s vibrant real estate market and across the country developing a knowledge of the industry that is unrivaled. He also has been serving in the Army National Guard for the past 12 years and recently came off an overseas deployment to be greeted by his newborn son. His diverse and unique background allows him to make the home buying process fun and seamless. David is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and prides himself on educating his clients and the Real Estate community. Most importantly, he lives by his golden rule of “doing what I say I’m going to do” – his clients tremendously appreciate that quality.

Outside of work, David combines his love for the community and commitment to the military by volunteering for various veteran charities. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, fly fishing, breweries, taking road trips across the US and traveling abroad.
