March came in like a lion in North Carolina when it comes to the March 2024 Housing Market Report. Once again, listings, sales and median sales prices were all up compared to the previous month. In addition, listings and median sale prices continue to be on the rise compared to this time last year; however, the number of home sales decreased by 13.3% over last year, dropping from 14,248 in March 2023 to 12,356 in March 2024.
