NC REALTORS® announces Global Network – a new networking and resource tool to support international real estate
Greensboro, North Carolina (January 25, 2018) — The new NC REALTORS® Global Network – a one-stop-shop for NC REALTORS® members working in the international market, as well as organizations seeking to relocate to the United States and North Carolina specifically – officially launched today during NC REALTORS®’ Winter Leadership Meetings at the Grandover Resort.
Designed to make the global real estate market more accessible, profitable, and ethical for NC REALTORS®, it offers resources, research, a network of experts, and networking opportunities for members practicing or interested in international real estate markets. It also serves as a resource for entities seeking local experts who know the market locally and globally.
NC REALTORS®’ Global Network stemmed from the association’s Economic Development Committee, which wanted to further NC REALTORS® mission to support economic development and members’ opportunities to increase professional prospects, while providing vehicles for members to keep their finger on the pulse of potential investors and international partners. One of the first major goals for NC REALTORS®’ Global Network is recruiting a contingent of global-minded NC REALTORS® members and staff to attend MIPIM – the world’s leading real estate market with over 24,000 international attendees from 100 countries – between March 13 – 16, 2018. Having a presence at MIPIM is an opportunity for NC REALTORS® to represent North Carolina and raise the profile of real estate professionals in the state and in the eyes of international investors, legislators, and members, while reinforcing NC REALTORS®’ commitment to North Carolina’s future economic prospects.
