2024 REALTOR® of the Year: Lynn Harris

The top honor of the evening, the 2024 REALTOR® of the Year award, was presented to Lynn Harris of Cape Fear REALTORS®. Lynn’s tireless commitment to her profession, association, and community has earned her this well-deserved recognition. As a leader and advocate, she has significantly contributed to real estate in North Carolina, embodying the qualities that make her a role model for fellow REALTORS®.

Hall of Fame Inductees
This year’s Hall of Fame inductees were recognized for their extraordinary service and enduring contributions to the real estate industry. Congratulations to:

Property Management Division Hall of Fame Inductees
The Property Management Division Hall of Fame recognizes those who have made significant contributions to property management within the real estate industry. This year, two distinguished professionals were inducted:

• Thomas R. Lawing, Jr. – Canopy REALTOR® Association

Committee Member of the Year: Jason Gentry
Jason Gentry from the Canopy REALTOR® Association was named Committee Member of the Year, recognizing his invaluable contributions and active participation in the association.
