We strongly encourage all participants to embrace technology as a means to reduce printing and marketing activities during the event. Additionally, we are committed to minimizing single-use signage and promoting the reuse of staging and sets.

Audio/Visual

Our goal is to decrease overall energy consumption by incorporating energy-efficient lighting and sound solutions. We also ensure our Audio Visual suppliers align with our values and commitment to sustainability.

Venues

We work with venues who make environmental and community impacts a priority. When selecting food & consumables, we take great care to ensure hotels and venues we work with have a responsible strategy in place.
