The NC REALTORS® Board of Directors met last week during the Region 4 REALTORS® Conference in Savannah, GA and approved the following items:

1. Transitioning the Appraisal Section to the Appraisal Committee
2. Selecting Harrah’s Cherokee Casino Resort as the venue for the 2025 Convention & Expo
3. Changing the name of the Diversity Committee to the Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Committee
4. Adding the First Vice President position to the NC REALTORS® Leadership Team
5. Electing positions for the NC REALTORS® PAC Trustees and board seats for Service Corporation
6. Adopting the 2024 Annual Budget

Treasurer’s Report

Treasurer Laurie Knudsen reported that NC REALTORS® balance sheet remains healthy. Our total membership numbers and dues revenue have exceeded 2023 budget projections. We continue to be on track year-to-date.
